Chicken Little
Review by: Angie Kibiloski

Disney's Chicken Little (Retail $29.99) is not only an adorable and inventive animated movie, but is now a cute and exciting arcade style game. Poor Chicken Little, looked on by everyone else as a crazy little chicken. Well surprise, turns out he may not be as crazy as everyone thinks. Help Chicken Little make his way through the big dangerous terrains of his neighborhood and help him save the world.

With his trusty yo-yo, and some cool tricks, Chicken Little will battle windup attack chickens, scary aliens, and the fact that he is about half the size of everything around him. Jump over rocks, slide down drain pipes, glide down electrical wires with your yo-yo, and watch out for the many perils along the way. As you make your way through Chicken Little's adventures, collect acorns for strength, trading cards to unlock secret cheat codes, and coins to buy a very power packed soda. Each new challenge will require new gadgets to master, like sling shots, your ever present yo-yo, rocket packs and more. Chicken Little's friends from the movie, like Runt of the Litter and Abby Mallard will be there to play with as well.

The graphics are bright and fun, and the camera angle can be turned to better line up jumps and just make navigating this 3D world a little easier. When Chicken Little reaches certain key points in the game, the handy Save points, often there will be a short movie to mark your progress and reveal a little about the storyline. These are fun and add a bonus element to game play.

Disney's Chicken Little will keep you on your toes and on high alert, as you meet friends and foes, and battle to stay alive and save the planet. Hours of fun await you. The stakes are high, the challenges can be tricky, and things might get a bit scary, but sometimes it pays off to be just a little chicken.
